When we take time to warm up and work our bodies our muscles will naturally start to stretch. Stretching and working our bodies will help us maintain healthy habits of living and prevent small injuries from occurring in every day activities.
3. Less time in the gym
Going to a public gym can seem stressful and even judgmental at times or it’s just time consuming to go multiple times in a week. A full body workout at least once a week will work all the major parts of the body that are most needed to be moved and exercised. It saves time at the gym and still does the work needed.
4. Take it home with you
Feel motivated in class and outside of class! These classes will give you workouts you can take home with you to keep up with feeling healthy and strong. Come into class each week feeling as if you are truly growing.
